From September 8–10, 2025, the Dubai World Trade Centre will host this high-energy pitch competition, held in partnership with HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society). Xcelerate will spotlight 40 of the most promising early and growth-stage startups working at the cutting edge of HealthTech, AI, robotics, wearables, and beyond.

What’s at Stake?
Startups accepted into Xcelerate must exhibit on the show floor and undergo a selection process; spots are limited, and competition is expected to be fierce.
But the rewards are significant. This year, $50,000 in cash is up for grabs, along with an additional $50,000 in in-kind support, including:
