Requirements for ABAN Membership

To join the ABAN Network, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Legal Registration: The applicant (angel network/group/syndicate/angel fund) must be duly registered/licensed and comply with all applicable country-specific policies and regulations. Proof of registration as a legal entity is required.
2. Investment Activity: The applicant must have made at least two investments in the last 12 months.
3. Registered Angels: The applicant must have registered angels/individuals participating from their network, who have completed an agreement to join their network.
4. KYC/AML Policy: The applicant needs to have an enforced KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.
