We are excited to announce our upcoming in-person roundtable discussion on Climate-Smart Agriculture (which will be taking place in Capetown, South Africa) that promises to be a pivotal moment in our collective journey towards a more sustainable future.

Anchored by one of the key ABAN’s thematic networks – the Climate Smart Angel Investor network – we will host an in-person Climate Smart Agriculture Investor Roundtable Discussion in Cape Town, South Africa, on the 30th of November, 2023 as a breakaway session during the upcoming Africa Early Stage Investor Summit.  Themed “Investing in Africa’s Climate Smart Agriculture Ventures”, this discussion (moderated by ABAN’s CEO, Fadilah Tchoumba), will stimulate an in-depth conversation among investors, policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders on how they can collaborate to support the development of Climate-Smart Agriculture ventures on the continent.

The roundtable will mainly focus on;

☘ The current state of Climate Smart Agriculture in Africa from the perspective of investors, founders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.
☘ Opportunities and challenges of investing in Climate Smart Agriculture (trends and best practices of investing in CSA).
☘ How investors, founders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders can collaborate to build the Climate Smart Agriculture ecosystem

Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a conversation that has the power to shape the future of agriculture.
